The HIVE

The HIVE at Ramstein is situated in the Building 539 on Ramstein Air Base. It is location on the second floor of the UK Joint Support Unit. The HIVE's opening hours are:  Mon - Fri - 0900- 1300hrs. For further information on what it can provide, visit their website:

Recreation

There are several events provided for the community from non-public funds throughout the year i.e. trips to major cities or cultural and sporting events. There is a weekly youth club for children living at Ramstein during school term and a summer activity program is also provided for under 11’s. All UK military personnel and their authorised dependants have access to the numerous American recreation facilities i.e. cinemas, bowling alleys, fast-food restaurants, and gyms.
