Fitness Testing |
All UK military that require a fitness test are to attend Wed 18 Mar at 0830. It is the individuals’ responsibility to ensure they are in date for the annual /bi-annual test. |

Private Gym Orientation |
The UK community event this month is a private gym evening, Wed 18 Mar, commencing at 1930 at Quinta Marina nr Guincho). If you would like an evening in the spa, class or just a potter around the Gucci equipment then this would be an ideal opportunity. There will be an opportunity to talk about joining fees if you require (this is not a sales gimmick evening). Those interested are to forward their names to me. |
