What’s on in Elmpt Station - The Point a monthly magazine produced and delivered to all Married Quarters for members of Elmpt Station. In addition copies are available in Unit Welfare Offices Messes and Clubs.

Open Air Swimming Pools exist on both Javelin Barracks and Wildenrath estate. Both are open from May through to Aug/Sep dependant on weather conditions.

Fully heated throughout the season and fully manned by trained lifeguards, facilities are free to members of Elmpt Station.

Elmpt Station fosters excellent local Community links and throughout the year there is a multitude of events that all are welcome to either participate or attend.

To name but a few; Bruggen 10, Various Sports Clubs and Hobby Groups, Welfare Activities – Camp Adventure, Shopping trips, Sunday Lunches, Social Events – Summer Fete, Stn Cocktail Party, SSAFA Big Brew, Bonfire night and the Christmas Fayre.

Current events are often planned across the Station, which are open to all Station personnel, and may be part of a fund raising event. To inform the webmaster of a forthcoming event, please use this link to send your poster.
